Comments from previous teen participants:
I learned that you don’t have to be perfect. Be in the now.
You learn more ways to be one with yourself.
I really enjoyed this! I came in nervous and knowing nobody, but then I felt super peaceful.
Comforting to be surrounded by people with same struggles and anxiety
It went insanely fast.
My favorite of all activities was the imagery. It shows how I can put myself in a different situation, and really feel it, just with my mind.
It was helpful to learn small exercises I could use throughout the day.
