Teen Resilience

We are excited to present a 3 hr workshop for teens (ages13-18).  This integrative, skill-based program is based on The Chemistry of Joy Workbook. It integrates the research on resilience with the practice of mindfulness, movement, breath work, and life-style to  help teens build self-awareness and enhance social, physical, mental and emotional health, all needed for building resilience

Resilience Skills: Learn How To…

  • Bounce back from stress

  • Quiet the inner critic  - engage the positive visionary

  • Manage mood, worries, anxiety with skills instead of pills

  • Use movement to release tension and increase sense of calm

  • Change some habits to have more energy

  • Learn the power of mindfulness - be in the present moment

  • Balance your mind, body and heart

  • Develop self-awareness

  • Feel more confident, competent, in control  and Find more JOY
