This ten-week program introduces you to the Nine Pathways that can help you balance the body, settle the mind and connect the heart. Based on The Chemistry of Joy Workbook, we integrate movement, nutrition, and natural therapies with the psychology of mindfulness to help you restore resilience and rediscover joy.
This program is for you if:
You experience stress, anxiety or depression and you seek new skills and perspectives to rekindle your innate resilience and capacity for joy, even if you’ve been dealing with depression or anxiety for months or years.
What to Expect:
This program is a journey in self-discovery and a chance to learn and refine the skills that form the roots of resilience. We bring the Nine Pathways to life through short talks, experiential exercises, mindful movement, meditation, small and large group discussion and home practices. It is not a psychotherapy group, but is a perfect complement to therapy.
You’ll learn how to:
Create your own personalized resilience plan.
Balance brain chemistry through nutrition and supplements.
Deal effectively with inner and outer challenges to resilience.
Practice meditation and mindful living to calm your mind, deal skillfully with emotions, and experience connection with self and others.
But does it work?
Independent research shows that 60% of participants achieved full remission from depression. Ratings of depression and quality of life both improved by 71%. Similar improvements were found in perceived stress, anxiety and work productivity. This is a program that works.
