About Henry Emmons

Henry Emmons, MD, is an integrative psychiatrist who weaves together mind-body and natural therapies, mindfulness teachings, and other holistic approaches to mental health problems like depression and anxiety. He’s a sought-after presenter and a respected consultant on such topics as integrating natural and mindfulness therapies in psychiatry, the interface between spirituality and mental health, and personal and professional renewal. 

A founding board member of the International Network for Integrative Mental Health, Henry has developed programs on mindfulness and professional self-care for the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing, and on resilience for the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

He’s a co-founder of NaturalMentalHealth.com, a website offering trusted information and holistic products to help people of all ages optimize their mental health and build resilience in mind, body, and spirit.
